Adam Steger
Director and Co-founder
Adam has built up a wealth of financial services knowledge and experience after working for several large companies including Senior Manager at Fidelity Investments, Director of Private Clients at Scottish Widows and Customer Service Director at American Express before co-launching Wells Financial in 2003.
Adam has a BSc (hons) in Mathematics and Statistics, a Diploma in Financial Planning, and a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice.

Steven Windley
Director and Co-founder
Steve has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Planning across a range of insurance companies including Reliance Mutual Insurance Society, Pearl Assurance and MGM Assurance. His roles included Head of Sales Training, Strategic Consultant, Training & Competence Officer, Financial Adviser and Head of Customer Services positions. Steve Co-launched Wells Financial in 2003.
Steve gained a BSc (hons) degree from the University of Manchester and an MBA through the Open University. He holds NVQ Assessor & Internal Verifier awards, a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

David has worked in financial services since 2004 and with Wells Financial since 2011. He specialises in the administration of mortgages and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
David has completed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP)

Sharon Darby
Administrator
Sharon started her career working for Barclays where she stayed until she had her family. She then worked for NPI until they relocated to Peterborough and joined Wells Financial in 2004.
Sharon has detailed knowledge of administration support for mortgages, insurance, pensions, and investments.
